Aurora mPRO - The Future of Fire Rated Downlighting
Aurora Lighting's mPRO™ range is designed with versatility, safety and performance in mind that comes together with excellent engineering to create the most advanced integrated fire-rated downlight yet. The mPRO's unique design means that it is IP65 rated and even includes a unique detachable design that makes this product perfect for installation in low ceiling voids.
With the driver detached from the light source, the mPRO™ can be installed into ceiling voids as shallow as just 47mm. The convertible design allows for better heat dissipation which leads to a long life of 40,000 hours to L70*; even under loose fill insulation materials.
The mPRO™ is fitted with efficient SMD LED chips and an incredibly efficient miniaturised driver that is located in the back of the luminaire. When the light source and the driver are detached from one another, this keeps the two main heat sources apart therefore allowing the LEDs to run smoother and more efficiently for much longer.
At maximum light output, the light levels are ideal for use in work and kitchen areas with a warm colour temperature to enable a well-lit environment without losing the comfortable look and feel. The range has a lumen output of up to 640 lumens and at just 7W that gives a lumen efficiacy of up to 91lm/W.
The mPRO™ is fitted with an LED chroic™ lens that is designed to deliver a true halogen-like light distribution that maximises energy output whilst minimising consumption.
The mPRO™ is part of Aurora's award-winning mSeries and can be fitted with any of the bezels that are available as part of the existing m10 series including the Polished Chrome, Satin Nickel and Matt White/White finishes. The extended mSeries range offers an incredibly wide product range (m10, m7 and m5) that comes with a 5 year warranty.
