FType Downlights - Making Downlighting Choices Easier

30 November 2023

Simple Options, Larger Choice.

In the ever-evolving world of lighting technology, Luceco has once again taken a giant leap forward with the introduction of their groundbreaking FType Downlight Family. This innovative product range is a testament to Luceco's commitment to listening to contractor and installer feedback, resulting in a line of products that are not only designed for the installer but also set new standards in lighting.

Meticulously designed to meet the specific needs of contractors and installers. Designed for new build or retrofit applications, with over 208 style combinations the highly customisable FType downlights offer Dim2Warm CCT lighting options and a choice of 4 colour CCT.

EFFICIENCY

From time-saving benefits enabling speed and accuracy of installation, to energy-efficient choices within the lights themselves, this range can span efficiently over multiple applications and is adaptable to any project or space.

Ultimate Colour Control. Your Lighting, Your Way

Create that cosy space with Dim2Warm CCT technology allowing you to adjust colour temperature as you dim, from 3000K warm to 2400K cosy, to create that warm tone associated with traditional dimmed filament and halogen lighting. The more you dim, the warmer the glow.

Alternatively, opt for the 4-colour CCT version of Mk2 or Ultra for maximum flexibility. Offering a choice of 2700K & 3000K, which creates a more relaxed and comfortable environment, or 4000K & 6000K suitable for more task-focused rooms. These downlights are perfect for all applications, enabling any room to be fully customised based on lighting preferences and preferred colour temperature, with a flick of a switch.

Lighting and Power Control

Achieve the desired lighting atmosphere with the FType Mk2 and Ultra power and colour change function. A flick of a switch allows full versatility and adjustment. Choose between 4W & 6W and different colour settings & modes to create the right lighting scene.

With the FType Downlights, one product can handle many jobs. This not only reduces clutter but also makes installations far more flexible and projects more efficient, ensuring that every project is executed with precision.

Crystaline Optic Lens for Maximum Performance

Powered by the latest super-efficient LED technology with wide 60-degree baffled back-lens, offering not only brilliant illumination with reduced glare, whilst maximising light output, but also long-lasting performance of up-to 50k hours.

Luceco FType downlights boast an impressive luminous efficacy between 120 to 160 lumens per watt (Lm/W), setting new benchmarks in providing the ultimate in lighting efficiency, reducing energy consumption and environmental impact without compromising on brightness.
